The look on everyone’s face when you show them these photos: Priceless!
There was obviously more sushi that evening than just quail eggs. I also had Yellowtail (upper-left), Salmon (lower-left), Squid (upper-right), and Octopus (lower-right). The mussels were from a week or so later when we went to Olive Garden. They were absolutely amazing and were so well cooked that they almost slid out of the shell without any prying!
